More Sexy Lingerie Shopping Tips For Men

Well, it's been a busy month at RGIO and we've had no free time to update the blog. But today we're adding the 2nd part in our series on Sexy Lingerie Shopping Tips For Men. This article is titled 'Absolutely Sheer Lingerie'.

For the woman who is very comfortable with her body, consider buying her some absolutely sheer lingerie. She'll still be wearing something . . . but in reality, the effect is the same as if she's wearing nothing at all. Since absolutely sheer lingerie leaves nothing to the imagination, you'll need to be certain that your woman is comfortable wearing something like this. And if you’re not sure, choose an item from the previous blog article, or, before you make your next trip to the store, find a way to ask her. However, if you know her quite well, you'll probably have a good idea of how comfortable she is with her body.

In terms of lingerie choices, absolutely sheer lingerie can include a negligee or peignoir - a loose, see-through nightgown that often comes with a sheer robe to match. Another popular item is the teddy, a figure-hugging bodysuit designed to slip off the shoulders. And some lingerie stores also offer a selection of sheer panties and bras, or a mesh or sheer chiffon chemise.

But despite the fact that the fabric is transparent, when shopping for absolutely sheer lingerie you still need to take into account color and style. For example, heavier women often prefer darker colors and sleeker lines. And petite women know that longer lines are more flattering on a small frame. For example, a long flowing nightgown looks better on a 5-feet 2-inch woman than a short baby doll style. So if in doubt, ask the sales person, hopefully one who appears knowledgeable about the merchandise. And check the store's refund policy. Ultimately it's your partner's choice as to which type of absolutely sheer lingerie she can wear with confidence.

Sexy Lingerie Shopping Tips For Men

What you need to know before buying your sweetheart very revealing lingerie...

very revealing lingerieIn case you haven't realized it - women love to feel sexy. Every woman loves to feel like she’s the most beautiful woman in the world – and you can certainly help. But before you go haring off to buy her some sexy little item like crotchless panties, stop and take a minute to think about whether this is what she really needs to make her feel like a sex goddess. After all, if your woman doesn’t feel sexy wearing what you buy her, she’s not going to feel good about herself or about your gift... and you know how that scenario goes.

Here's your first tip on what to consider when buying very revealing lingerie for your woman.

It may surprise you to learn that very revealing lingerie is the most popular type of lingerie that women buy for themselves. Many women have discovered the secret confidence that wearing very revealing lingerie under regular clothes can give them. And men have also cottoned on to buying very revealing lingerie as gifts on special occasions. But taking a little care to personalize your gift will go a long way to making sure it evokes the right response.

Do you know her favorite colors? Some women look great in black, but others feel sexier in silky pastel-colored lingerie. Lilac, pink and blue are very popular lingerie colors, but you'll find a whole range of gorgeous and flattering colors in any good quality lingerie store.

If you're not sure which colors she prefers, sneak a peak at her current revealing lingerie collection to find out. We're not talking about her regular bras and panties, which may be in standard colors like black, white or beige, but her 'special' items. And if she doesn't yet have any, here's your chance to help her get in touch with her inner vixen. White or lilac might be a good choice for a first revealing lingerie gift.

Next, what type of lingerie would she prefer? Not every woman is comfortable wearing lingerie that reveals her entire bottom, so choosing a revealing pair of lacy boy short panties instead of a thong might be just what she needs to feel gorgeous.

Other examples of subtle yet very revealing lingerie are:
* a baby doll nightgown
* a chemise (which is a light nightgown that clings to the body in all the right places)
* a full or half slip (petticoat)
* a bustier/corset, which looks like a long, strapless bra that provides extra lift to the breasts
* a teddy (as in the image above)

The key elements to look for are:
1. Comfortable fabric. Silk or satin feels much nicer against the skin than lace, which can scratch.
2. A flattering color. Choose either her favorite color of one you think she'll look good in.
3. Revealing but not tasteless - unless you already know her preferences lean towards racy.

The important thing is, when it comes to very revealing lingerie, you must really know the woman you're buying for. Choose something that she can be comfortable wearing, both physically and psychologically, yet will inspire her to feel sexier than she does in everyday circumstances.

Look for more tips on buying very revealing lingerie in our next post. In the meantime, you can find our list of recommended lingerie sites at the bottom of our Lingerie page.

Sexy Lingerie Anyone?

Thanks to global warming it's been a somewhat harsh winter here in paradise, with large numbers of people coming down with the dreaded three-week flu. Including us!

We're now up and about and catching up on all the neglected tasks, so the blog has now moved to the top of the list.

This next series of messages is about one of the most popular romantic gifts - sexy lingerie. Now while many people believe sexy lingerie is really a gift for the male party in a romantic partnership, we believe it benefits both partners. Some women may be a little shy at first and will need some gentle encouragement. But wearing sexy lingerie will definitely put some extra zing into the relationship, as well as make some subtle but positive changes in a person's self image.

So stay tuned for some pointers on buying sexy lingerie for your favorite person.

A Saucy Striptease?

Our third romantic birthday gift idea for the man in your life is definitely for extroverts only. Or closet extroverts.

Romantic Birthday Gift Idea #3: Saucy Striptease

Yes, it's a cliché: all your man really wants for a gift is you.

But guess what? It's true. Your man loves you and wants to spend intimate time with you. And on his birthday, what better gift to give him than some tasty eye candy? Not only is a striptease by the woman he loves every man's dream, but if you're comfortable enough to try it, it can be one of the most empowering things you've ever done.

Invest in some tasteful DVDs that teach you the basics of striptease. There are a lot to choose from, so do a little research to see what kind suits your personality best. Have fun at your local lingerie shop choosing something comfortable and sexy, and for the week leading up to his birthday, when your man isn't at home, practice, practice, practice.

Invite him over for dinner on his birthday, but don't tell him about your gift yet. When he arrives, sit him on the couch and tell him you're going to get his present. Put on some sultry music, sneak off and change into your outfit. Come back to where your man is sitting, and dance your heart out.

No joke – he'll be eating out of the palm of your hand for the rest of the week . . . or maybe the rest of the month. Stop thinking of this as just a romantic birthday gift - it will spice up the romance in your relationship for a long time to come.

A variation on this theme is to learn a pole dancing routine, but this depends on your having some sort of pole available, in a location that ensures privacy.

Belly dancing is an equally effective alternative.

More Romantic Birthday Gifts for Men

Still racking your brain for a novel romantic birthday gift for him? Here's another one to consider:

Romantic Birthday Gift Idea #2: Tokens of Your Affection

Take a trip to your local craft supply shop and purchase a little cloth drawstring bag. Find some heavy but decorative card stock and some very small stickers – things like hearts, stars, and lips. Using the card stock, cut out 12-15 one-inch circles. With a thin-tipped marker, write small messages around the rim of each token, one per circle, such as:

"token for a kiss"
"good for one hug"
"make one wish"
"massage token"

Place an appropriate sticker in the center of each token, and put them into the drawstring bag.

The ultimate romance of this gift is that it's a gift that keeps on giving. Make sure he doesn't use all the tokens on the same day – after all, shouldn't he get free kisses on his birthday anyway?

Romantic Birthday Gifts for Men

Who says men don't like romance? The truth is, most men are romantics at heart but are often afraid to show it to the world, and therefore may have difficulty expressing it out loud. So why not give your man a little romance for his birthday? Surprise him with something you know he'll love, a romantic birthday gift that will let him know he's the most important person in the world to you. Who knows where the evening will lead after that…

Romantic Birthday Gift Idea #1: The Classic Mug

It may not be exactly what you'd want on your birthday, but this personalized romantic birthday gift can actually be quite a sentimental springboard for your guy. Head to your local print or photo shop with a picture from some great time you had together – maybe the two of you on the beach, out camping, or even just a photo from a fun day or evening you spent together. Get the picture printed onto one of the shop's mugs, and add your names below with a 'Happy Birthday!' message.

Men are visual creatures, and if he can wake up every morning, sip his coffee and see the picture of the two of you having a great time together, it will instantly brighten his day and remind him how much he loves spending time with you.

Romantic Poems

We call this creative romantic gift "Wistful Words". Here's how it works...

If you're looking for a way to express your love with words, but can't find the right words to say what you feel, head down to your local library or bookstore and learn from someone who does.

Take a notebook and pen, and head to the poetry section. Find some classic books on poetry, and – you guessed it – start reading. If you're at the library, copy into your notebook any romantic poems you come across that describe something special about your relationship. Obviously, if you're a library member you can take the books home to do this. If you're at a bookstore and have some extra cash, buy several of the books that feature the best romantic poems and bookmark them until you get home.

When you've found a decent number of poems – say around 10 or so – write the poems out neatly in a nicely bound notebook. Then below each poem, include a little note explaining why that poem reminded you of your special someone. It's thoughtful, unique, and most of all, extremely romantic.

More Creative Romantic Gift Ideas

Here's another novel idea for a creative romantic gift. This one's called Mirror Messages and works for both men or women. It's sure to brighten anyone's day.

Pick up a plain t-shirt in his or her favorite color, and head down to your local print or embroidery shop. Most of these places will do screen printing for a reasonable price, and some will even just charge by the letter if you’re looking for text without graphics. If your gift is for a female, have the shop print the words "You’re beautiful" on the t-shirt – but backwards. And if the shirt is for a guy, try something like "Hey, handsome".

When you give your partner the gift, include a little note explaining that they should wear this shirt on days they're feeling a little down. Every time they look in the mirror, they’ll know how much you love and appreciate them, and instantly feel better about themselves.

Creative Romantic Gift Ideas

When it comes to finding that perfect gift for your special someone, it can be difficult choosing something that conveys how much you really care. You want them to know what they mean to you, but you also don't want to give them something too predictable. Here is a creative romantic gift idea that will let that special person know that you love them enough to take the time and effort to be a little unconventional. We call it "101 Creative Kisses".

One way to be certain your gift overflows with romance is to tell your romantic partner exactly how much they mean to you. You don't have to use flowery words or be a suave Don Juan to express your affection – sometimes appreciating the little things say it best. Try buying several bags of kisses chocolates, and count out 101 chocolates. Then, using pink and red construction paper, cut out 101 heart-shaped cards. On those cards, write 101 things you love about him or her, whether they're small things, big things, fun times you had together, or fond memories of when you first met. You never know how much something as simple as "I love the way your hair falls across your face in the morning" can actually mean to someone.

When you've finished writing, paste each chocolate kiss onto the blank side of the heart cards, and place them in a box labeled "101 Kisses For All The Things I Love About You". Watch his or her eyes light up as they read your notes – they'll definitely know how much you care.

Stayed tuned for more romantic gift ideas over the next few days...

Gifts For Sports Lovers

Hi everyone,

We've just put up a new page on our site that focuses on gifts for sports lovers.

Anyone who lives with a sports nut will know how passionate some people can be about sport. And that passion makes gift-buying a cinch for these fans. Not only will you know they'll love whatever item you choose for them, part of the passion associated with their sport will rub off on you.

Think about the logistics for a moment. You find some highly coveted sports-related item and gift wrap it for your partner. When he or she opens the package, their emotions will soar as they discover your thoughtful gift. And guess whose face they'll see as they look up from their exciting present. You, of course. The intensely pleasurable emotions will be linked to the sight of your face. Just make sure you build on these feelings by ensuring their special day (or night) is filled only with positive experiences. Save the conversations about what needs doing around the house or how they upset you last week for some other time.

Visit our new page at Gifts For Sports Lovers.

Till next time.

Would You Like A Delicious Romantic Gift?

Hi Readers,

I was browsing through the internet and I saw an article that may be really useful for you. This article is so tasty, it is appropriately titled "Delicious Romantic Gifts".

Delicious Romantic Gifts
by Wendy Layne

Romantic gifts are probably the most difficult to give. Certain holidays like Valentine’s Day always elicit the same types of ideas for gift giving. Candy or flowers are standard choices. Other times, you may want to just say "I Love You", but not want to buy an expensive piece of jewelry to do so. Yes, you could just send flowers again, but why not open your mind to a more creative idea that will be thoroughly enjoyed by your loved one and yourself?

Next time you’re in a quandary over what to give, consider a romantic gift of food or wine. What about a decadent chocolate assortment like the "Say It With Chocolate" gift basket? This sumptuous basket was created with the chocolate lover in mind! Filled with a variety of Ghirardelli chocolates, chocolate-covered sandwich cookies, chocolate-covered espresso beans, chocolate chip cookies and chocolate-covered grahams, this gift will put your lover into orbit!

Maybe you’d like to plan a romantic weekend just for the two of you? Our "Wine Country Weekend" gift basket makes the perfect addition to an evening by the fireplace. Start with a perfect wine - Columbia Crest Merlot, a balanced fruity wine with deep color and flavor. A merlot-infused cheese spread, summer sausage and California Crisps crackers make the perfect accompaniment. We’ve added decorative cocktail napkins and wine glass markers as well. Finish it off with delicious chocolate-dipped almond biscotti, California pistachios and chocolate truffles – heavenly!

What could be more romantic than champagne? Adding chocolate truffles to the gift! Our "Champagne and Truffles" gift set is the perfect romantic gift selection. Enjoy a superb bottle of wine along with sinfully rich Joseph Schmidt chocolate truffles.

The next time you’re looking for a romantic gift for that special person in your life, don’t just send flowers. Think outside the vase and send a romantic gift basket!

Wendy's article can be found on the cuddles'n'gifts website.

Well, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. If you still feel stuck for some delicious romantic gifts, I encourage you to visit our Romantic Gift Ideas site and you may just find what you're looking for.

Until then, readers, have a great day and see you in blogosphere.

Cheers,

Armand

Online Shopping Anyone?

Here's a great article about the merits of online shopping. Enjoy.

What Online Gifts Have Come To Mean To The Shopper
by Gina Stathopoulos

Shoppers buying online gifts last year generated $301 billion in revenue. Now that shopping on the internet isn’t such a new thing as it once was, consumers feel very comfortable trusting both the security of their credit card details and the fact that the recipients will receive their gift.

Shopping for online gifts rather than going to a store is very enticing…

We save money.

In many cases, by preferring to buy my gifts online I’ve seen great savings. Many factors combine so that we shoppers win -- the competition, the fact that merchants don’t have the same overheads as offline stores, and of course, the country you are shopping from and how strong your country’s currency is.

We save time.

These days we work longer hours. The time that we do have to ourselves is very precious. Buying online gifts saves me a lot of time. With all the birthdays I have to shop for and those special occasions it makes my life so much easier.

We have such a large variety of gifts.

Where the shops in your area may store some items, with online gifts you can find quantity, quality and variety. A good example is nautical jewelry. If you are a big fan like I am, you can find pieces created in such different designs that you won’t run out of choices. Looking for flowers? Or gift baskets? Same thing. Shop online and choose. The choice is there.

Designers unleash their creativity to give us more.

The internet has made it possible for the little guy and girl to unleash their creativity, and it gives us shoppers more of a choice in niche gift products. Many mum and dad businesses are popping on the internet because the internet gives them the opportunity to do so.

I, along with a heap of my friends, are animal lovers. What's better than to give your cat-lover friend a set of gold cat earrings for her birthday that look like the cats are just hanging on to her ear lobes. What's cuter!

Truth is, I hadn’t seen much of a variety in cat and dog jewelry until I started shopping online. Sure, you will find some, but animal jewelry is a niche kind of gift so your variety offline will be limited. And another truth…I haven’t seen pieces that are so eye-catching as those sold online.

It's easier to shop for friends and family overseas.

Do you remember the days when you used to send cards overseas on special occasions? Those days are gone for me. A card is nice, a gift much nicer. If you want to buy something from your country and send it overseas, it’s the postage that burns a hole in your pocket. Now with so many businesses getting online, you can choose a local site for the country you want to send to and your gift as well as your thoughts are on their way.

As you see, it’s not difficult for the consumer to see the wide benefits of shopping online and these are my reasons for doing so. I have been sending online gifts for over five years now.

Thanks, Gina, for pointing out the benefits of shopping online.

Those of us who are regular online shoppers sometimes forget that many people are still wary of shopping this way. It's actually no riskier than shopping by mail order as most online merchants offer excellent money-back guarantees if you're not happy with your purchase. And my banker assures me that giving your credit card details online is much safer than handing your card to a waiter at a restaurant.

In the eight years that I've been shopping online I have yet to encounter a problem. But if this way of shopping is new to you, start with a small purchase and test the waters for yourself. Buying a book or sending flowers is an easy way to begin.

2.Gift Baskets make wonderful gifts for the person who has everything.

1.Gift Baskets make you look good!

10. If you are shopping for that “hard-to-buy-for” person who has everything, then gift baskets are an excellent choice! Most of the “gifts” in the gift basket are consumable (i.e., bath and body products, notepaper, yummy treats), so even the person who has everything can use the items in a gift basket! And when your gift recipient has used all of the items, they even have a great basket to fill with a silk plant or silk flowers, or some soaps and fingertip towels! The possibilities are endless!

9. When shopping for a gift basket, be sure and look for one that is themed toward your recipient’s interests. Many gift basket companies will let you substitute items to customize your gift basket. Make sure you contact their customer service department by email or telephone to see if customization is available. Most gift basket companies are more than willing to try and accommodate the needs and requests of their customers!

8. Gift baskets are so beautiful and so much fun, which is why everyone loves to receive them and spend time exploring and savoring the contents!

7. Gift Baskets are filled with lots of “mini” presents. There can be books, plaques, bath and body products, stuffed animals, journals and notepaper, CDs, figurines, and lots of yummy gourmet treats like chocolates, cookies, pretzels, popcorn, smoked salmon and pate! Some gift baskets even come with wine. The gift recipient will love discovering all of the fun presents tucked inside the gift basket!

6. Shopping for and/or sending a gift has never been easier! You can do it right from the comfort of your own home while relaxing with your favorite beverage of choice! You can even shop in your pajamas! What could be better than that! Visit a Gift Basket website, spend some time comfortably browsing the gift basket selection, then simply point and click your mouse, and a few minutes later you have solved your gift-giving problem! No more waiting in endless lines when you have a million other things you could be doing. No more trying to find the right size shipping box, and spending forever at the Post Office to ship your gift! It’s all taken care of for you in a matter of minutes. Your biggest problem now is deciding what to do with all the time you just saved yourself!

5. Most gift baskets are built around a central theme. There are fishing theme gift baskets, golf theme gift baskets, pamper or spa gift baskets, book gift baskets for people who love to read, baby gift baskets, thank you gift baskets, angel gift baskets, sympathy gift baskets, Irish gift baskets, “date night” gift baskets, Christmas gift baskets, Valentine’s Day gift baskets, Mother’s Day gift baskets, Father’s Day Gift Baskets, Easter Gift Baskets, housewarming gift baskets, and my personal favorite, Christian and Religious gift baskets! Gift Baskets can be tasteful and elegant, fun and playful, bright and cheery, or inspirational and comforting.

4. Gift baskets can range in price from $29.95 for a small basket to $300.00 for a very large extravagant gourmet gift basket. There is a price range and gift basket for everyone!

3. Ever drive around town and spend hours scouring the malls trying to find the perfect gift, only to arrive back home tired, frustrated, and worse, even empty-handed? Or, if you finally did find a gift, now you have to gift wrap it (hopefully you didn’t forget to buy wrapping paper!). Do yourself a favor: send a gift basket!

2. Whether you need the perfect gift for a birthday, a wedding, an anniversary, a get well gift, to celebrate the birth of a baby, or to express your deepest sympathy, gift baskets are the first-class choice. Gift baskets are available for women, men, children, teens, moms, dads, grandparents, friends, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, or anyone special on your list!

1. Gift Baskets make you look good! Your gift recipient will be absolutely delighted to receive such a warm, thoughtful gift from you!

Gifts For The Senses

Most of us favor the use of only one of our five senses, although we often switch back and forth depending on the situation.

For example, an architect needs to have a keenly developed visual sense for his job, but may enjoy hobbies in his free time that are based on physical activity, such as playing racquetball or going fly fishing.

When you buy a gift, it helps to know the sensual preferences of the person you're buying for. Our free report will help you discover that those preferences are. And with over 200 gift ideas included, you'll be sure to find something that fits the bill perfectly.

Tips On Caring For Your Valentine's Day Flowers

Here's an interesting article on caring for cut flowers. It should come in handy this Valentine's Day.

Tips On Caring For Your Valentine's Day Flowers

With Valentine's Day just around the corner, we thought this would be a great time to share a few tips on caring for cut flowers.

Imagine it's Valentine's Day and you've just received a glorious bunch of roses. You put them in your best vase and you stand back to admire them. You'd love to make them last as long as you possibly can, but other than keeping them out of direct sunlight, you're not sure what to do.

Here are some tips on how to extend the shelf life of your roses:

1. Remove the roses from the vase and put them in a temporary container.

2. Clean the vase by washing it thoroughly in water with household bleach.

3. Fill the vase with fresh water and add a half teaspoon of household bleach for each litre (16 fluid ounces) of water.

4. Remove your roses from their temporary container and lay them flat on a counter top.

5. Remove any leaves which will show below the waterline in the vase.

6. Cut about 20 mm (3/4 inch) from the base of each stem immediately before placing it in the vase. This removes any air bubbles.

7. Don't place roses in drafts or direct sunlight, or near fruit, heaters, TVs or refrigerators.

8. Change the water daily to extend the vase life of your roses.

Freshly picked roses can last up to two weeks with a little extra care.

Enjoy!

A Gift Idea For A Man

Hi Readers,

Sometimes, coming up with a gift idea for a man can be a daunting task. So what do you get him, ladies? Well, I've written just a few ideas that will hopefully start you off on the road to finding that perfect gift for him.

Tools

Yes, I know...it's so cliché. "Why don't I just get him some tools for his tool shed...or a set he can keep in the car?"

You know what??? Ladies, you can never go wrong with tools. They give your man that special feeling of being 'the man'. So tools can be a good start when you jot down some gift ideas for him. Mind you, this gift works even better for a man who works at a trade.

Cool Gadgets

This is as close as he can get to being James Bond. Get him the coolest, latest gadget he can show off to his friends. This will surely put a smile on his face.

Oh! Did I hear you ask what type of gadget??? Well, you could get him the latest IPOD or mobile phone, or anything that can keep him occupied trying to work out how to use it. Just make sure he doesn't break it!

Watch

If he doesn't have a watch, you can invest in a good quality one. Notice, I said "invest". Now you'll know that he'll never be late for any of your appointments or dates, so no more excuses about not knowing the time. And the least that can happen is he'll think of you whenever he looks at the time.

Cologne

A nice cologne will really help him with his grooming. Some men just buy whatever they see in the aisle of the grocery store. They think a dash of aftershave is enough to get them through the day. But while some of these products smell nice, after a hard, sweaty day at work they're really not very effective. A good cologne and deodorant gift pack would be a more practical gift idea for him. Nowadays, you can almost get both for the price of one.

Well, I hope this helped you out a bit, ladies, and if you think this info helped you in some way, please share it with us. We'd really appreciate hearing from you.

Have a great day!

Valentine’s Day Cards

Hi All,

I love reading love stories. I came across this article and wanted to share it with you. It may give you some ideas as to what to write in your Valentine's Day card.

All My Love And Devotion: A True Story
by Ellen M. DuBois

They met at a dance in 1931, and six months later, on January 30, 1932, were married. I am speaking of my Nana and Pop (grandparents), who for sixty years were not just married, but were in love. Really IN LOVE.

I have chronicled their love through some very touching cards. I found them in a box, tucked away with a lifetime of memories. The cards were shared between them before and after my father was born. Most are from my Grandfather to my Grandmother. He drove and worked and she was home, so his ability to buy cards for her was greater.

Five years into their marriage they had a son. Their love was as strong as ever...growing stronger with each passing day, month and year as you will see.

I was witness to their special love for thirty years of my life, and for four more after the passing of my "Pop" as I watched my Nana's heart slowly die of emptiness. She was literally without her other half. If you believe in soul mates, they were soul mates in the truest sense.

I don't have every sentiment ever expressed between the two of them (those are theirs alone), but was lucky enough to find a box of perfectly kept cards, beginning in the year 1932.

1932: A Valentine To My Wife
"I chose this loving Valentine especially for you, Because it's meant for Someone Who means more than others do; and it simply says, "I Love You", but within that little phrase, is a message that will tell you That I'll care for you Always!"

THE LAST CARD.

This is the last card I could find, and literally, the last card ever given from my Nana to my Pop before he died. He was 86, and she was 89. The road of love is long and full of curves, bumps, hills, ups and downs. As a team, no matter where the road lead or how bumpy or smooth it was, they made it. The road of true love is the only road that never, ever ends.

1995:(My Nana was 89 at the time she gave this to my Pop.) To My Hubby on Christmas Day, Wifey
FOR MY WONDERFUL HUSBAND...WHAT IS LOVE?
"WHAT IS LOVE? Love is a touch - tender with care- A meaningful look - secrets to share - Love is a mood - laughter or tears - Shared by two hearts - attuned through the years. Love is a word - that kindles a fire - To give you the world - and all you desire. Love is a faith - that dreams will come true. Love is wonderful - love, Dear, is you.
You alone are the one I love - The one I'm always thinking of, You alone will always be - The one who means the world to me.
WISHING A WONDERFUL HUSBAND A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS
Signed: To My Hubby at Christmas - Merry Christmas Hon + Happy New Year. Loads of Love, XXXXXXXXX, Your Loving Wife

This is dedicated to my Grandparents, Al and Ellen DuBois, who showed the world that if love is real and you take the time to show it, there is nothing more powerful or beautiful on this earth. Thank you for showing me a lifetime of Love.

How Do You Send Flowers???

Hi All,

I just got asked this question by a close friend of mine...

"How do you send flowers?"

"Well it's easy," I said. "First, I have to ask a few questions so I can help you.

- Where do you want to send them?
- When do you want them sent?
- How will you pay for them?
- What prices are you looking at?
- What are the other costs involved?
- Most importantly, what choices do you want with regard to the flowers themselves?"

These are issues that need to be covered when someone orders flowers, especially on the Internet.

There are other issues that have to be covered as well, such as how secure is the site when using your credit card, and do they keep any of your information on their site.

On the Internet, a lot of these questions can be easily answered:

* Location - find a location close to the place where you're sending your flowers. Most of the time, online florists have affiliations with other florists in different countries and areas within a country.

* Time - you can easily add a note as to when you want your flowers sent and what other gifts you would like to include for that special someone.

* Credit Cards - an easy means to pay through the Internet. Just make sure that the site you're ordering from is secure. How do you know a site is secure? Often you can see that the "http" in their URL is followed by an "s" ("https"), which signifies a secure site.

* Most online florists have product images with prices, which makes it easy for a customer to identify the actual look of what they're purchasing.

* If you're ordering from an international site, remember the costs of delivery and possible taxation costs included in your purchase. Hence, it is sometimes inexpensive to order closer to the location where you want your flowers delivered. AND - don't forget to take into account the currency exchange rate of the particular country you're purchasing from.

* This last point I'll leave it up to you. I'm sure your creative eyes will pick the best flowers for your special loved one. Just make sure they're appropriate to the situation and always keep it simple but effective!

I hope this helps you in deciding which flowers you'll send to your loved one.

Cheers,

Armand Aguillon

Does Your Loved One's Hobby Drive You Nuts?

By the time you finish reading this article you will have learned fun and interesting ways to add a little romance to your partner's hobby.

I know what you're thinking. That stupid hobby drives me nuts! We're always fighting about it. He spends too much time on it. He never gets his honey dos done. And there's always more stuff he has to have! How could I possibly make it romantic?

Why not stop arguing and get involved? Go ahead! Walk into that room that gnaws at you like a silent poison. Take a couple of drinks with you. Sit down, if you can find a chair buried under all that stuff. Stay awhile and ask questions. Watch him work.

While you're in there grab a quick kiss and tell him how much you love them. Or try hugging him from behind while he's showing you his latest creation.

Before you know it he'll come looking for you. You'll find yourself giggling as he excitedly drags you through the house talking the whole way. And you never know what kind of spontaneous things can happen if you catch him when he is feeling pumped-up with pride.

Colognes and Toiletries

Go ahead and spoil him with some top quality cologne. Or take a look at the excellent grooming packages now available for men.

There's been a growing trend over the past ten years for men to pay more attention to their personal grooming. They now enjoy facials, massages, manicures and pedicures in rapidly increasing numbers, leading to the coining of a new term, metrosexual. In fact, according to Brisbane's Sunday Mail, men now account for over 30% of clients in Australian beauty salons. So taking care of one's body is no longer considered a questionable practice among men.

If the man in your life hasn't yet succumbed to the joys of a little self-pampering, perhaps it's time for you to awaken him to its pleasures. To learn more about choosing the right cologne, visit our Cologne page.

The Romance Of Highly Scented Candles

Before the discovery and widespread use of electricity, candles and firelight were the only instruments humans could rely on to navigate after dark. But in the 21st century, they are two of the most effective stimuli for creating a romantic mood. And if you use a highly scented candle, you'll create an even more effective sensual experience.

Candles affect us on a number of different levels:

* Gazing at a flame is a mesmerizing experience and relaxes both the eyes and the mind.

* Because a candle throws light on a relatively small area, it creates a sense of intimacy among the people basking in its glow.

* On an emotional level, a candle induces a sense of warmth, even though it emits very little heat.

* A candle can also capture the eye through the beauty of its color and design, which are enhanced by the flickering flame.

* A highly scented candle adds more pleasure to the mix by stimulating the olfactory senses.

You can use highly scented candles to create a romantic atmosphere during intimate evenings at home, or you can give them to special people in your life as gifts.

There are so many varieties of candles now available in the marketplace that you're sure to find one to suit every taste.

To learn more about the types of candles and which ones make the best romantic gifts, visit our Candles page.
